With Google Contacts, it’s easy to keep all your contact information in one place and reach several people at once. Organise, review, and merge your contacts. Create personal mailing lists. Quickly send messages to groups of people you contact the most, without entering their addresses individually.
Google Contacts + Xero
Xero and Google Contacts work together to power your Google and G Suite applications with contact information from Xero. View your Xero contacts in applications like Gmail, Google Calendar and Hangouts. Update and see them on your iOS and Android devices too if you choose. That means you can always be sure you’ve got the latest contact information in the places you need it most.
Once the integration is set up, each time a contact is created or updated in Xero, the contact data flows automatically into Google Contacts. Your Xero contacts are tagged in Google Contacts so they’re not mixed in with your other contacts such as personal email addresses. Google Contacts can also update your iOS or Android devices with data from Xero.
Getting started
- You need to be subscribed to a Xero premium account and a Google account.
- In Xero, select App marketplace then Connect app.
- Choose Google Contacts and enter your Google login details.
- You’re done. All updates to new or existing contacts in Xero are now reflected in Google Contacts.
Note: All subscription management of contacts is handled by Google. Please make sure that your Xero contacts are happy to receive digital communications from Google.
