Easily create bills of materials for your products or upload them from a CSV file. Manage BOMs of varied complexity: single-level BOMs for products made directly from raw materials; multi-level BOMs for sub-assemblies; and Matrix BOMs for products with different parameters and configurations. The MRP module uses the BOM data to calculate material requirements and costs related to specific customer orders.

MRPeasy + Xero

By connecting MRPeasy and Xero, you will be able to easily tie your whole manufacturing or distributing operation to a dedicated accounting software. Manage manufacturing, procurement, inventory management, and sales in MRPeasy and have the financial data synchronized in Xero. The integration can be done with different complexity. First, it is possible to sync up purchases and sales only, i.e. incoming and outgoing invoices will be duplicated from MRPeasy to Xero.

For a more in-depth integration, you can also automate journal entry synchronization that would also provide Xero with financial data regarding inventory and manufacturing, such as the cost of goods sold, work-in-process inventory, materials on hand asset accounting, etc.

Really good product that might become great

Name suggests it is primarily for manufacturing companies but we use it for warehouse and delivery. Plus points: Very easy to learn. Integration with Xero is excellent. Stock lot system makes tracking costs and profits for each sale easy. Custom fields are simple and easy. Importing from csv is simple. Customising access rights for users is easy. Demo videos and support are excellent. Areas to improve: Allow bulk changes for more tasks. Allow more options for customising documents (invoices, orders, etc). Make a custom reporting module. Allow custom fields to be linked beetween modules.

Simple and straightforward

A good system that is a fraction of the cost of other systems like Sage and netsuite. Recommended.
