MRPEasy is the first MRP platform I've personally implemented (having worked with others in the past). I joined a business 12 months ago running all operations in Xero, with no inventory or manufacturing tracking at all. After taking the time to investigate my options, I chose MRPEasy to help take our business to the next level. Over those 12 months, it has become the backbone of our business. Any functionality I've sought, has been easily found within the platform (pro tier). The integration with Xero has been straightforward, and saves time for our operations and bookkeeping team. All in all, I reccommend MRPEasy to anyone who could benefit from it's features.

We have been using MRP Easy for approx 6 months now. We have found it very functional and relevant to our Asphalt Supply.

As an electronics assembler and manufacturer, MRPeasy has been the addition to Xero that our small business needed. Currently we have 14 complex BOMs while managing inventory was our key driver for implementation. MRPeasy’s configurable integration allowed us to bill and invoice almost seamlessly; it works for us. We use a fraction of MRPeasy’s capabilities, but we are learning and slowly utilising more of its features.

Easy to use and has good functionality to scale depending on the organisation size.

Our experience with MRPeasy has been smooth and simple to navigate. The product description easily matches exactly what you are going to get in the program itself. While there may not be all the bells and whistles of other more expensive programs on the market, we have found that MRPeasy still provides all the functionality necessary for this stage in our business progression. The seamless integration with Xero makes our workflow easily synchronised and traceable. We would recommend this product to other small manufacturing businesses.

Our journey with MRPeasy has been excellent. The integration with Xero was seamless, making it easy to align production, inventory, and accounting without manual workarounds. The platform has helped us gain better visibility into operations, streamline reporting, and improve decision-making. MRPeasy has proven to be a practical, user-friendly solution that adds real value to our business processes. Highly recommended for any company looking to connect manufacturing management with Xero efficiently.
