MotorDesk provides live synchronisation with Xero ensuring invoices and purchase invoices are created and updated in Xero within seconds of a change on the MotorDesk platform.

MotorDesk has been an excellent addition to our workflow. The platform integrates smoothly with Xero, significantly reducing manual data entry and improving accuracy across invoicing, stock, and accounting. It is well suited to motor traders who require clear visibility over vehicle costs and margins, and the automation saves a considerable amount of administrative time. Support has been responsive and knowledgeable, and the system continues to improve with regular updates. Overall, MotorDesk has streamlined our processes and added genuine operational value to the business.

Brilliant!

We've come from a bloated manufacturer recommended DMS to MotorDesk sync'd with Xero - I can't tell you how impressed we are with the whole package. With stock control from purchase to invoice, and integration with our Wordpress website we would highly recommend MotorDesk for those using a GMS like KIS with Xero alongside for the accounting. It's easy to use, intuitive and cost effective. Highly recommended!
