Omono’s potent mix of tools are designed to manage stock, contacts, and orders. But it’s not a full accounting package; we leave that to Xero.

Omono was built from the ground up to integrate with Xero, and together they allow you to efficiently manage every aspect of your manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale business. Integrating Omono with Xero unlocks the full visibility of your business finances by linking them to physical products and orders.

Seamless Xero integration allows Omono to handle both customer and supplier terms, sales invoices, purchase order bills, and credit notes. Syncing can be manual, automated, or both, and ensures that data shared between Omono and Xero is always up-to-date.

For example, one of the most popular features of Omono is the ability to check customers’ outstanding balances in Xero before shipping, automatically ensuring that customers don’t exceed their specified credit limit.

Amazing support

Through frustration with Xero's limited inventory management capabilities and their hearing impairment regarding our and others' feedback, we started looking at add-on apps. We came across Omono and have been working with them up to implementation Sep-23. A few hiccups along the way, mainly associated with the work-arounds we had to put in place to accommodate Xero's limitations. But in all cases the Omono team worked hard and quickly to either point us in the right direction or to add, where possible, additional requested features. A breathe of fresh air and although we're not quite there yet, we have full confidence that Omono will be the right fit for us. Top marks.

Omono just works.

Whilst looking for a new stock control system we stumbled across OMONO by accident. After the first demo we were sold. The system was simple to operate, navigation was intuitive and everything worked without fuss. This is a system designed by engineers to work simply and efficiently and not over complicated by accountancy stuff (That is left to XERO). Integration with XERO was seamless, helping us to streamline every aspect of our business.

From day one, the team at Omono have provided first class support and the software instantly provided our business, the control and visibility we needed. It is easy to use, provides a clear and instant snapshot of operations, and the link to Xero is invaluable, saving time and improving accuracy. The willingness to develop and introduce new features, based on customer feedback, is great and are always a valuable addition to the software. Based on the product features, ease of use, and tight Xero integration, I highly recommend Omono to anyone looking for such a product.
