Our payment processing is PCI-compliant and we provide access to local and international payment schemes, including BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, SEPA, SEPA Instant and SWIFT. If required, batch payments can be easily accommodated, for salaries in one click but, above anything, we enable businesses to start accepting payments quickly, simply and efficiently. In addition to our main offering, we work with independent businesses to simplify payments through pay-by-link and a flexible point-of-sale solution. If all that wasn’t enough, we provide 24/7 support and can also provide virtual and physical corporate cards for use by business owners and their employees.

MyGuava Business + Xero
MyGuava Business + Xero
Set up the integration in minutes and get a view of all your bank accounts, branding themes, and fee accounts within Xero’s general ledger.
Invoice Payment:
• Accept payments with MyGuava Business for your Xero invoices without navigating out of your Xero account.
• View the status of payments made in real-time within your Xero account.
• Automatically reconcile payments received in your MyGuava Business account directly to an invoice in Xero.
• A clearing account will be automatically created in Xero, and payments will be posted to this account once they are received.
Expenses:
• Import your bank accounts, branding themes, and fee accounts from Xero into MyGuava Business. Your selected branding themes will automatically appear as payment method options on your MyGuava Business invoices.
• Automatically have your chosen branding theme appear as a payment method option on your MyGuava Business invoices.
• Payments accepted through MyGuava Business will sync with the relevant expense accounts.
Getting started
If you already have a Xero account and a MyGuava Business account:
- Log in to your MyGuava Business account and click on the "Integration" section under your profile name.
- Click on the "Connect to Xero" button.
- Click on the "Activate" button and fill in the required information.
If you are new to MyGuava Business:
- Sign up for free.
- Click on the "Connect to Xero" button.
- Click on the "Activate" button and fill in the required information.
