Utilmate + Xero
Utilmate imports customer payments daily from your bank accounts then allocates to the right customer. Each month, it posts some manual journals to Xero for the previous month's sales.
- POST Manual Journals: Provides journals (daily/weekly/monthly) to Xero for invoicing and adjustments.
- GET Bank Transactions: Receives customer receipts received in your bank account from Xero for reconciliation and will be reconciled against debtors in Xero.
- POST Invoices: Provides invoices created in Utilmate to Xero.
- GET Payments: Receives payments made against invoices posted to Xero.
Getting started
- You'll need a Xero Account and a Utilmate subscription.
- In Utilmate, press the Connect to Xero button, enable and login to Xero and authorise to allow access.
NOTE: Xero must be connected to your bank account and have matching accounts to the Utilmate manual journals. We can also produce more details journals (per building) or journals according to your existing Xero accounts.
