    Utilmate + Xero

    Utilmate imports customer payments daily from your bank accounts then allocates to the right customer. Each month, it posts some manual journals to Xero for the previous month's sales.

    • POST Manual Journals: Provides journals (daily/weekly/monthly) to Xero for invoicing and adjustments.
    • GET Bank Transactions: Receives customer receipts received in your bank account from Xero for reconciliation and will be reconciled against debtors in Xero.
    • POST Invoices: Provides invoices created in Utilmate to Xero.
    • GET Payments: Receives payments made against invoices posted to Xero.
