Overview
Fieldmotion technology allows you to plan and schedule jobs directly to your engineers/technicians mobile device. Digitized paperwork (including taking photographs and capturing signatures) can be completed on our purpose built App sending information back to the office in real-time.

Fieldmotion + Xero
Fieldmotion (FM) has two modes - app mode, and CRM mode. App users are on-the-road users, while CRM users are office-based.
When an office-based user is logged in, they have two ways to keep FM in sync with Xero - either with manual synchronisation, or with automated synchronisation that happens at a schedule you choose (every 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc).
We synchronise with customer, product and invoice data. We first copy any new changes down from Xero, then copy any changes made in FM up to Xero. Changes made in Xero get priority.
When synchronising Invoices, we only sync Invoices that were created in FM. We copy the full invoice up from FM to Xero, but once it's in Xero, we only need to know if the status changed (was it paid? etc) so the sync down from Xero to FM is lite.
