Real-time visibility into credit card spend: For any Visa, Mastercard or Amex powered business credit card, gain access to real-time card feeds and get notified of spend seconds after the card is swiped. Simply respond with a photo of the receipt, and we will automatically reconcile it to the right expense.
Manage reimbursable expenses: Handle all out-of-pocket expenses easily and pay them via Fyle’s ACH or through Xero. Data get synced in real-time between the two software, so you are always up to date.
Close books faster: The Fyle-Xero integration automatically codes all expense data around employees, receipts, GL codes, charts of accounts, tax information, projects, vendors, and any other custom data. With this seamless, bi-directional sync, you can close books faster.

Fyle + Xero
Fyle’s direct integration with Xero ensures a quick setup, automated mappings & exports, and a two-way data flow.
Seamless sync of Xero chart of accounts, classes, locations, and projects. Map multiple multiple dimensions across Fyle and Xero like Employees/ Vendors, Expense Types, GL accounts, Cost Centers, Tax Information, and Departments.
Ability to export reimbursable expenses and card transactions from Fyle as either Purchase Bills or Bank Transactions in Xero. You can also map non-reimbursable transactions to their respective credit cards in Xero.
Automate the export of data from Fyle into Xero, in a fully customized manner.
