Friendly Manager + Xero
Connecting Friendly Manager with Xero makes reconciliation easy. With the Xero integration all club transactions and fees from Friendly Manager are synchronised with your Xero account as you create them in Friendly Manager.
Fees and transactions automatically send to Xero as soon as you create them in Friendly Manager.
Normal fees will create invoices.
Credit/refund fees will create credit notes.
Fee payment transactions will create payments for the associated invoice.
Refund transactions will create cash refunds for the associated credit note.
Automatic credit deduction transactions will do one of two things:
If the credit deduction came from a credit fee, an allocation will be created between the associated invoice and credit note.
If the credit deduction came from overpayment credit, a payment will be created for the associated invoice out of your designated Overpayment Account.
Contacts will automatically be created as necessary when creating Fees. If a contact of the same name already exists, you will be informed of the conflict and be given the option to either match to the existing contact or create a new one.
Every hour, Friendly Manager will sync with Xero and import or delete any of the follow tractions that you have created or deleted in Xero

Create a fee/transaction in Friendly Manager
Click the Sync button
Wait 5 seconds and you're done
