We support managing owned properties, master-lease (Rent-to-Rent), and managed (traditional estate agency) business models including mixing these in the same portfolio.
From onboarding all the way to off boarding COHO handles it all including eSigning signatures, serving compliance documents, credit control, inventory management and of course all the financial aspects of a tenancy.
The portal also offers apps for the tenants, landlords, and tradesman (suppliers) who you interact with.
COHO: Property Management + Xero
The COHO integration offers one-way synchronisation into XERO for rent books (all tenant items), supplier invoices (paying tradesman), and settlement statements (paying your property owners/investors).
By integrating XERO and COHO you no longer need to do double keying of the data as all items are pushed into XERO as Bills Payable or Invoices Receivable. Contacts are also created where you do not have existing contacts for the counterparties.

To get start please register you COHO account and then visit our Finances panel from where you can set up one or more XERO integrations.
