Wise Business + Xero
Automate: See your unpaid bills in real time and pay them seamlessly from your Bills page on Wise. Choose to reconcile bills yourself in Xero or turn on automatic recording and we’ll do this for you.
Don’t want to sync your bills? No problem, you can still sync just your bank feeds and leave everything else off.
We want to give you the choice on how you connect. So we’ve built in controls that allow you to easily manage which settings you want on or off to suit your business needs.
Getting started
Switch on, and we’ll do the rest. Making the connection is easy.
- Sign up or log in to Wise and head to your Bills section.
- Follow the steps to log in to Xero and connect your accounts from there.
- That’s it. Just head to your Bills page to see your unpaid bills, synced in real time.
Manage which features you want on or off from your Connection settings anytime. Whether it’s importing bills, automatic reconciling, or just bank feeds syncing, we’ve built in controls to give you the flexibility you need.
This feature is available as part of your Wise Business account at no extra cost, but after 1st August 2023, Xero will apply a 0.1% fee of the transfer value for international transfers and 0.2% fee of transfer value for domestic transfers.
