Impossible to reconcile with this integration, Wise support advised to upload the data manually

Awful integration creates multiple lines for a single foreign currency transaction that do not match the values in the bank feed, so it's impossible to reconcile. Wise advised the following, so based on this, we are looking to replace Wise with another provider due to the amount of extra time it's taking to keep records in order: Turn off the integration in Xero and download the currency statements as a CSV file and upload them to Xero manually.

Wise is Fabulous for us!

We trade in the UK and Australia, UK clients pay to our UK Wise account and we transfer funds to Australia within hours. Cheaper and faster than most banks, reconciliation is quick although it auto calculates a GST component which I remove and redo before reconciling. We are travelling in the UK atm and using the Wise electronic card for expenses, it works well except it wouldn't load on one Android but did another? Definite 5 Star rating, working with the UK would be impossible without it for us.

Seamless Workflow

I can only say good things about Wise and use it for all our businesses with a seamless integration to Xero for hundreds of bills to pay. I'm not sure why somebody said this integration had been removed because it works flawlessly as of 20/03/2025. Combine this with receipts Bot and I can process the hundred bills to pay in less than 1 hour. Yes, there was an opening fee of £45 but there are no ongoing charges for subscription. My only wish list would be for an additional accounts for the same limited company as we are required to segregate some transactions by legislation.

Discontinuing Integration

Xero Pay with Wise will be removed on 26 February 2024. Please be aware that this feature is not available. Wise charges £45 to open the account and you will not be able to pay the bills using wise for batch payment.

Sounds better than it has been.

Having a lot of problems with this, batch payments not reconciling and it asking me to fund my wise account to make a payment when it is already funded. Instead of saving me time it is wasting my time.
