Automatically sync your business’ transactions, receipts and expense categories to Xero so you’re always on top of your bookkeeping. Your team can add everything you need in just a few taps when they pay, all from within the Monzo app, and it'll sync automatically to Xero. Saving you and whoever does your accounts time and effort chasing missing details or inaccurate information.
You can also create and send invoices, get extra hands on deck with multi-user access, automatically put money aside for tax, pay with virtual cards, and more.

Let selected team members spend up to limits and save everyone from endless expense admin. Receipts, reasons for spending and VAT rates are all captured in the app for you, and sync to Xero automatically. All expense cardholders need is the Monzo app, they don't need a Monzo account.
Payment approvals
Approve your team’s payments when they go over certain limits so they can do their jobs and you keep some control.
Choose how much individual team members can spend on their card and send by bank transfer before they need admin approval.
