An integration where Expend is an extension of Xero and, after a one-time setup, Expend card transactions are reflected in Xero instantly.
Customise your categories and project numbers to suit your needs and use our review feature to query, approve or reject expenses.
With the continuous link, all changes made in Expend are automatically updated in Xero, but when expenses are finalised, the data is locked to the cardholder and protected from further changes.

To connect Expend to Xero:
1. Log in to your Expend admin dashboard.
2. Select your Xero integration settings page and click ‘connect’.
3. Enter your Xero details and follow the steps to create a continuous link.
