Semper + Xero
The first step is to map the products in Semper to the chart of accounts in Xero. This determines the level of summary and how information in Semper should appear in Xero. . e.g. Coke, Pepsi in Semper will be mapped to ""Drinks"" in Xero. They will be summarized together when posting.
Periodically the venue ""closes"" their Semper system which is a date they select and could be daily, weekly monthly or custom selected.
Semper posts information within that selected period to Xero.
Deposits control accounts are automatically setup and managed during the posting eliminating manual journals.
Supplier invoices are posted in detail if the integrated Semper stock system is used.
Semper consultants assist venues with the setup which starts with the GL code mapping.
Training is provided which is normally a single day and includes the entire process from setup to the first posting to ensure the venue understands and can post independently in future.
