BillBjorn + Xero
With BillBjorn, you can effortlessly extract data from PDFs and photos, converting them into Bills, Spend Money Transactions, or Credit Notes directly in Xero. Each source file is also exported and attached to the corresponding Xero transaction for easy reference.
BillBjorn seamlessly imports contact names, accounts, tax rates, and tracking categories from Xero, streamlining your data management process.
Plus, enjoy the convenience of our Scan2Invoice desktop scanning software, allowing you to scan bills and receipts straight into Xero with just a few clicks. BillBjorn is a great alternative to Hubdoc and Dext for data entry automation.

Scan2invoice 2.0 version
We used and enjoyed the original version and have now updated to the new 2.0 version and it is a lot better in many ways- credits, great news- faster- adding payment much easier- default 'approved' greatSo on the whole well worth the update. Are a few annoying bits, but could be operator error- seems to only scan as jpg so ant merge images- go to type into the drop down menus and it adds text onto the end- now a little costlyThanks Jerry Orchard Organic Farm

BillBjorn is Fantastic!
Have used Dext the last three years and to be totally honest BillBjorn is by far the better app for loading receipts into Xero
