Overview
Top5 is a mobile app for business owners that don’t have time to engage their accountant to tell them where their money is going to, and coming from. Each week, bank and accounts data is retrieved from Xero and presented to you, allowing you to make decisions about your suppliers, employees and customers that may not be paying their bills.
Top 5 + Xero
The app integrates with the Xero Accounting API by using the accounts endpoint to obtain the accounts receivable and accounts payable information. Details for the accounts receivable transactions are obtained and presented to the user to allow reminders to be sent via email or sms. The bank statement endpoint is used to present the debit and credit transaction for the requested period.
Getting started
Just download Top5 from the Apple App store or Google Play store on your Android or iPhone. Once you’ve created a Top5 account and logged in, hit refresh to connect to Xero and new data will be downloaded each week.
