Getting setup is seamless in three simple stages:
Charges:
- Import: Import disbursement charges from any software vendor effortlessly, whether through automated processes or manual uploads.
- Discount Splits: Choose to retain vendor discounts or pass them on to your clients, giving you full control over your pricing strategy.
- Customer Mapping: Associate charges with specific contacts from your accounting software.
Agreements:
- Create: Clients are notified of the charges to be reimbursed. They agree to the auto-charge agreement.
- Flexible Billing: Clients input their billing details and authorise future charges to their account.
Invoices:
- Payment Collection: Outstanding invoices are collected through Stripe or your designated billing provider.
- Reconciliation: Invoices are automatically reconciled in the accounting firm's accounting software upon payment collection.
