Text Reload integrates seamlessly with Xero to import invoices and customer contacts. This data is utilised within Text Reload to create targeted SMS campaigns based on various parameters from invoices and customer profiles. The platform empowers users to engage their customer base for multiple purposes, including payment reminders, requesting reviews, and sending annual reminders to re-book services.
Text Reload supports two-way SMS communication, enabling customers to respond directly to messages sent through campaigns. This feature allows businesses to effectively interact with a larger audience and identify customers who may need fresh quotes or re-booking, based on the replies received.
To facilitate this functionality, Text Reload fetches invoices and contacts upon receiving access authorisation. It continues to synchronise new invoices and contacts regularly to support ongoing campaigns.

Getting started
- Sign Up Directly:
- Visit the TextReload™ website.
- Click on the “Sign Up” button and enter your business details to create a new account.
- Once registered, log in to access the platform.
- Log In Using Xero:
- On the TextReload™ login page, choose the option to “Login with Xero.”
- Authorise the connection to sign in using your Xero credentials.
- Connect Your Xero Account:
- Regardless of whether you signed up directly or logged in using Xero, you will need to connect your Xero account from the TextReload™ dashboard.
- Authorise the connection and sync your Xero contacts to ensure seamless integration and automation of messaging tasks.
- Set Up Your SMS Workflows:
- Configure messaging workflows for tasks such as re-booking reminders, payment reminders, or request for reviews.
- Customise these workflows according to your business needs and automate them for efficiency.
- Start Sending Messages:
- Test your workflows to ensure everything is functioning as expected.
- Once satisfied, activate your workflows to begin engaging with your customers effectively.
