Getting started with OnboardMe is easy—and the Get this app button in the Xero App Store is the simplest way in. Just hit that button, and you’ll be ready to automate onboarding, engagements, and payments in minutes.
Setup checklist
Click “Get this app” in the Xero App Store to connect OnboardMe with your Xero account.
Set up your branding—upload your logo, choose your button colours, add terms.
Configure client onboarding—set up intake forms, enable SMS 2FA if you like.
Enable Stripe identity verification (optional)—add ATO/TPB-compliant checks for A$5 each.
Link Pinch Payments—choose credit card or bank debit, and define your billing flow (upfront, plans, splits).
Map invoice sync—ensure engagements, invoices, and payments flow directly into Xero Ledger.
