I was part of the beta group of OnBoard Me as I was looking for a solution that was suitable for the size of my practice but with the availability to grow with us. Lee and team are really helpful and open to feedback. I also appreciate their work in the AML/CTF space which has saved us having to add another app to our almost full tech stack. The platform is a flatter learning curve and I have founds clients are more receptive to it as well.

Love this product! So much simplier to have engagement letter, collective client onboarding information and ID checks all in one place. They are continually adding new features and help take care of our AML/KYC as well. The team is really responsive for support as well as feedback on new features.

Highly recommend OnboardMe has solved engagements, collecting client sensitive data when bringing onboard as well as being able to send clients forms to upload documents. As well as taking care of AML/KYC. The team are working on improvements to the product all the time.

Highly recommend. Has solved alot of our onboarding issues, and prevents using a majority of different platforms. Support is amazing, very effecient getting back to you and is open to listen to feedback and implement new ideas that can assist accoutning firms in their onboarding process. The only thing I found difficult is the integration betwen Xero practice manager and onboard me so I can generate invoices directly through onboard me. Although I believe this is my lack of skill set being able to set it up and not an issue with onboarme in it self.
