Overview

With a single click Numerint will export all the files and receipts attached to your supplier bills and bank spends. HMRC requires that businesses must keep financial records for six years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer under some conditions. Whether you are shutting down, restructuring or moving from a sole trader to a limited company you are likely closing and moving all of your online services. Xero supports exporting reports, contacts, VAT returns and account transactions but not the files you attached. To avoid paying and caring for dormant accounts use Numerint to export the important data and attachments to help with any HMRC queries. Your attachments will download in their original format (e.g. PDF, JPG) and the associated data will download as a CSV file. This ensures that you will be able to access your records on any device in the future without any special software.

NumerintBackup + Xero

Numerint Backup extracts all the files and receipts attached to your supplier bills and bank spends. By signing in with your Xero credentials you are requested to grant read-only access to Numerint. Numerint Backup exports your attachments and makes them available to download as a single ZIP file accompanied with a CSV data file that contains all the data about the attachments. This can be used as a backup for peace of mind or before closing a Xero account which might happen when winding down, transitioning from sole trader to limited or restructuring.

Remember, HMRC requires that businesses keep financial records for six years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer.

Great app, works perfectly!

I was looking for a way to bulk export attachments from some redundant Xero accounts and stumbled across Numerint - very glad I did. It's easily saved me a couple of hours of manually exporting. Works perfectly as designed and is very simple to use

Fantastic!

We have a fairly complex multi-company set up and the back up process for our first entity was fast and smooth. James was just outstanding in the level of support he offered and we are very pleased with the result. We will be following the process for the rest of our entities nearer to our new software go-live date. Thanks James...

Response from NumerintBackup

Thank you so much for your review Alison. I am glad that Numerint can simplify your work across all those companies! I think you might have set a record for us with the highest number of attachments for a single item! James - Co-Founder, Numerint
