We have a fairly complex multi-company set up and the back up process for our first entity was fast and smooth. Xero makes it impossible to transaction attachments and invoices (unless you fancy downloading them one by one)....this app provides a brilliant solution! It's simple and easy to use, and when I had a question, the customer support was great too! Highly Recommended.

I have now experienced this App with two separate companies. We looked at several options for backing up over 14 years work and thousands of files. We also needed to cross reference everything to a xero Journal number so I became very familiar with the setup. This was the best one on the market and did everything we needed it to (except, as always with Xero, the repeating invoices). 5* for the support function which is outstanding.

This was ridiculously easy to use, even for someone like me that wasn't feeling all that tech savvy. I have to wrap up XERO entity/ business and need to keep copies of all the receipts for the next 7 years. This program ran overnight for me and BINGO all 3000 receipts have been saved in back up folder. I'm super impressed how easy it was to use and now the ATO will be happy and my accountant should I ever need any of my past paperwork. Highly recommend.
