Doesn't perform & ZERO SUPPORT

Worst backup support we have EVER experienced with a company, you very rarely get a ticket answered, and if you do, it is days or a week later with a one liner that doesn't make much sense, the only quick thing is the auto reply you receive when you submit your ticket. Save the headaches & frustration!

Great Product - Lacks attention to detail

The product design and general operation is great. However, when the cost of misaddressed, mislabeled, incorrect options etc, can be large chargebacks, return fees, misdeliveries - they need to pay more attention to fixing the small issues in their system - validating incorrect addresses, and dropping customer provided data without warning. Weight based rules are good, but adding dimension options could be good (most eComm platforms provide this info now). They need to be more open to customer feedback - they have the typical arrogance found almost solely in AU based IT companies. Even Microsoft allows customers to contact them.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your feedback—we’re glad you appreciate the product design and its operation! We’re sorry to hear about the frustrations you’ve experienced. Address validation utilises the Google API to first verify and cleanse the addresses to minimise printing errors. Once the printing process is initiated, the data is then sent to the courier API. The courier will typically have their own specific criteria e.g. for suburb or city. If the courier returns an error, the print will not go through. It also works on international addresses, something not all shipping platforms can offer. We’re actively working on improvements like better support for dimension-based rules, regularly rolling out requested features at an industry-leading pace (in 2024 alone we solved 258 new feedback requests - almost 1 per working day - driven by 1,645 community votes!). We're therefore interested in your comments on our openness to feedback, as we pride ourselves on being responsive and collaborative.
