Thryv + Xero
Thryv integrates with Xero allowing for historical and ongoing syncs of Client contact records, invoice and payment details keeping your records up to date.
Historical sync allows the ability to import historical Client information, invoices and payments to or from either application based on customized selections.
- Clients will sync first and last name, email, address and phone number.
- Invoices will sync customer name, invoice number, date, item description, amount and notes.
- Payments will sync customer name, payment for invoice number, date and amount.
Ongoing sync allows the ability to continuously import new Client information, invoices and payments to or from either application based on customized selections.
- Clients may be synced to and from either application including first and last name, email, address and phone number.
- Invoices may be synced to and from either application including the customer name, invoice number, date, item description, amount and notes.
- Payments may be synced to and from either application including customer name, payment for invoice number, date and amount.
Getting started
To utilize the integration with Thryv and Xero the following steps will need to be completed:
- An established Thryv account is required to utilize the integration.
- Contacts are required to have an email address in order to be synced between the applications.
- Clicking upon Install This App within Xero’s app marketplace will initiate the setup of the integration.
- The system will prompt you to enter your Thryv login credentials.
- Follow the on-screen set up instructions to select the historical and ongoing synchronizations desired for client, invoice and payment details to be exchanged between the applications.
- When setup is complete, the integration will begin exchanging information based on the selections made.
