Sporty provides a complete solution offering websites, online registrations, member management, competition management and ecommerce solutions to the sports and education sectors.
By allowing people (or their parents) to register directly online, the task of data entry becomes shared across the people who want to participate. Importantly, since people know their own latest information, going online improves accuracy. It also reduces paper, improves data security, and avoids hours of work for school sports coordinators, school accounts administrators, and club administrators.
Sporty + Xero
Simply create a form and add your products or membership fees. You can choose to raise invoices as "Draft" or "Authorised", and can also decide if you want transactions paid online to be marked as paid automatically in Xero.
Your registrants will be able to choose to ""pay online now"" using Credit Card or Bank Account, or ""pay later by invoice"". Every registration will be raised as an invoice in Xero with a unique Sporty reference to allow for easy reconciliation between your bank account, Xero and your membership database. If an invoice is marked as paid in Xero, your membership database will also reflect the paid amount.
