ServCraft allows users to create Quotes, Invoices and Purchase orders in its web or mobile applications.
On approval, they can push these financial documents to Xero as either Invoices or Purchase orders.
Additionally, ServCraft offers flexible synchronization of Xero contacts and items. Synchronize this data either bi-directionally, in a single direction or on demand.
This integration allows customers to keep their job management and accounting platforms working together, having a unified view on their business while still gaining the advantages of using ServCraft Jobs.
Sign up for ServCraft free trial from within Xero. Your ServCraft integration with Xero will be ready to go after you allow Xero to connect and complete a few final setup questions.
If you are an existing ServCraft customer, then you can browse to app.servcraft.co.za, go to the integration section in settings and click on Connect to Xero Icon. This will re-direct you to xero, once you give ServCraft permission to integrate, you will be brought back to ServCraft where you specify your integration preferences and complete the integration.
