Still a long way to go according to International standards. Integrates very well with Xero, but lacks other features one would expect from a service desk application.

We were using systems such as Pastel. Job Sys - and we were used to manual and intensive work and operation - Since we moved from that to Xero and ServCraft - Operations and Accounting has been effortless. Life made easy!

Just starting using the servcraft and there are some great functions. 100% recommend
