Approveit + Xero
Approveit integrates with Xero directly and out of the box. It offers two-way sync with Xero, allowing you to get data from and transfer data to Xero seamlessly. Approveit auto-syncs your vendors, customers, tax rates, categories, and accounts with Xero allowing you to create them in Xero or in Approveit, depending on your preference. Visibility of some tax rates and categories can be easily limited if you need to. You can select the status of bills, invoices, POs, and quotes that are automatically transferred to Xero upon approval. Login with Xero is available.
Getting started
Click "Get This App" button above to sign up to Approveit via XERO.
After you’re finished with our short onboarding, you’re ready to create your first approval workflow right away. While creating your first workflow you can choose our XERO Purchase Order Approval template to make your approval request form repeat the XERO purchase order template.
