Invoices: Projectworks auto-syncs* approved invoices to Xero and receives payment records back.

Expenses: Projectworks auto-syncs expense claims to Xero, and they become bills to pay. You can also plan expenses in advance. Grouped expenses can be sent to Xero as a single bill to pay.

Payments: Payments in Xero can be auto-synced back to Projectworks, updating invoice payment details.

Time tracking: Auto-sync time entries from Projectworks to avoid double handling and manage contractor payments in Xero.

Leave: Leave in Projectworks auto-syncs to Xero upon approval of the leave request in Projectworks. Leave balances also sync.

Getting started
Follow these steps to begin using Projectworks:
- Click the 'Get this app' button at the top of this page. This will allow you to start a free, no obligation Projectworks trial for 21 days.
- Once your trial environment is created, log in.
- Click the cog icon in the left sidebar.
- Under 'Integration', click 'Accounting'.
- Click 'Connect to Xero' and follow the prompts to connect your Xero account.
If you are already a Projectworks customer, simply log into your Proejctworks environment and follow steps 3-5 above.
