I’ve used Tanda for around a decade and in that time their core software has become slower, clunkier to use and more expensive. Basic reports no longer exist and you have to navigate an overly complex interface as they’ve expanded features into HR and Employment. I’ve also now been told that basic onboarding features (getting a tax file declaration for a new employee) will be a paid feature that we need to upgrade to HR to receive. That’s a 20% increase in our fees just to retain the same functionality. If you need simple rostering software like us then there’s plenty of newer better platforms out there

For the best part of 10 years Tanda has been the first link in my tech stack for Little Pub Group. I'd used legacy systems prior, as well as other early cloud based systems. But non come close to the simple, efficient and compliance capabilities of Tanda. Great people behind it, easy to talk to when needed. They also support business that support them. Can't recommend them enough.
