OnPay + Xero
The Xero-OnPay integration is designed to save you time, sync your payroll and bookkeeping data, and keep the books looking good. Once you’re set up, payroll data automatically syncs to Xero each time you pay your employees.
With customizable line-item mapping, you can control how your data is added to the general ledger. Advanced expense tracking lets you break down costs by department, pay type, or tracking categories. Additionally, you can set up custom reports in Xero so you can view the data and details that are most important to your business.
Getting started
Once you’ve set up OnPay, it just takes a few minutes to get synced:
1. Log in to OnPay.
2. Under Settings , choose Payroll Integrations , then Accounting.
3. Click Connect to Xero , and enter your Xero credentials.
4. Click Refresh Accounts to pull in your Xero chart of accounts.
5. Choose to sync automatically, or set up custom account mapping.
6. Live happily ever after!
OnPay data will sync with Xero each time you run payroll.
