Ramp + Xero
With the Ramp Xero app, you will be able to pull your transaction coding values directly from Xero to create your transactions in Ramp. Create and manage vendors, pay bills, and manage reimbursements in Ramp. Leverage Ramp’s automation capabilities and detailed transaction and merchant metadata to build Rules that automatically approve, code, and review transactions that meet your expense policy. Ramp collects receipts through SMS, email, web app, or directly from integrated apps like Gmail, Lyft, Amazon Business, then automatically syncs the receipt to Xero!
Getting started
You must have a Ramp account to connect with Xero. New Ramp accounts are subject to review and approval via an application process. Minimum requirements apply.
To get started, go to the Accounting tab in Ramp and choose Xero as your accounting provider. After you authenticate with Xero, you can follow our guided set-up instructions to ensure your Xero integration is configured to your exact needs.
