    The Payrix Integrated add-on enables a business to send single and repeating invoices which give its customers a wide range of online payment options - credit and debit card, BPAY and bank debit. A business's Xero and Payrix accounts are integrated, so when Payrix processes an invoice payment, it's Xero account is automatically updated. Payrix auto reconciles payments and invoices, and then it's quick and easy to complete bank reconciliation with Payrix's recommended clearing account and bank rules.     I have been using IntegraPay for over 2 years. Originally I wanted it for the Direct Debiting of my fixed billing clients, but I now like to use it for my hourly billed clients as it makes it so easy for them to pay me. Positives: It can process both bank account and credit card payments. I have never had any issues with it. It is secure and fuss free. For the initial set up, one of their team phoned me and walked me through how to set up in Xero, after that it was set and forget! My recurring direct debit invoices are processed perfectly, from invoice auto-emailing to payment. Negatives: Takes 5 days to receive my payment. Compared to some others, the Fees are a little more expensive.

    Hopeless service, one thing goes out of track and no one from organisation knows how it works and where the issue is. asks for million questions and delivers no results. my payment limit was changed without my authorisation and 1 month worth of customer payments were held without anyone knowing why. my payment limit was reduced without my authorisation and made me look fool against my clients and affected my cash flow big time and no apology offered. lots of hidden traps. will never refer them for my customers any more. 3 days and no response after numerous calls and emails.

    Thought this was going to be a great solution to receive payments in our business but getting the service setup was impossible. Staff incapable of answering questions on their own products and the process to establish a new client is flawed. Business uses third party providers and can't control their own business process. Found the business promises alot and delivers nothing.
