Coefficient + Xero
Our app integrates seamlessly with Xero through the Xero API, allowing for secure and authorized access to your Xero data. Once connected, you can choose from a wide range of Xero endpoints to fetch data, including but not limited to:
Invoices: Retrieve all invoices or filter by specific criteria such as invoice numbers, contact IDs, statuses, or date ranges.
Contacts: Access your contact list, including contact details, and filter by IDs, search terms, or archived status.
Accounts: Fetch a comprehensive list of your accounts, enabling better financial tracking and analysis.
Bank Transactions: Retrieve bank transaction data, simplifying bank reconciliation processes.
Budgets: Obtain budget information for better financial planning and forecasting.
Reports: Generate essential financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and trial balances, directly from Xero.
Once the desired data is fetched from Xero, our app seamlessly imports it into a new or existing Google Sheet, ensuring a smooth and organized data transfer process. Getting started
To get started with our Xero Integration app, customers can follow these simple steps:
Open a Google Sheets document and head to Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons.
Search for Coefficient and install the add-on you see. Once installed, you should see Coefficient in the Google Sheets menu in Extensions. Click on 'Launch' to get started. Find Xero in the list of connections, and click on 'Connect'. You will be redirected to Xero where you can login and complete the OAuth flow. Once that's done, you will be presented with a screen on the Coefficient add-on that will allow you to pick from a list of objects / reports.
Our app uses the secure OAuth authentication process, ensuring that your Xero data remains protected and accessible only to authorized users.
Our app supports a wide range of endpoints, including invoices, contacts, accounts, bank transactions, budgets, and various financial reports. Configure data import settings: Depending on your requirements, you can customize the data import settings. This includes specifying filters, sorting criteria, formatting options, and the destination Google Sheet where the data should be imported. Initiate the data import: With a single click, our app will securely fetch the selected data from your Xero account and import it into the specified Google Sheet. The import process is designed to be efficient and hassle-free, ensuring minimal disruption to your workflow.
Automate data updates (optional): If you prefer to have your Google Sheets automatically updated with the latest Xero data, you can schedule recurring imports at your desired frequency, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
