A must for Autotask/Xero users

We've been using CloudDepot for about 5 years now. It only dawned on me how much of a nightmare it used to be coordinating/copying transactions from one to the other. So much so that I reached out to CloudDepot to send my love. Without doubt, this saves me a day a month. Please contact me if you want any best practices on how to use it as I'm happy to share my experiences in Autotask to get the best result through to Xero etc.

We used a different service that was completely overpriced. So glad we found MAT/CloudDepot to help us get our Autotask invoices into Xero and back.

Our MSP sync’s 350+ invoices every month through two Xero organisations in two different countries using a single Autotask account. Cloud Depot is able to separate the invoices on a customer level using a user defined field in Autotask and send them to the correct Xero account. The sync works brilliantly, we sync both sales invoices and purchase orders and use some other custom tracking category mappings. The Autotask to Xero integration is completely automated we don’t have to log in and click buttons for it to work!
