Revolut Business + Xero
Good news! You can sync your Revolut transactions and expenses directly into your Xero account to leave manual tasks behind and get back to business.
Our Expenses integration lets you automatically upload your receipts, tax rates and categories into Xero, making reconciliation of your accounts at the end of the month super simple.
Getting started
To get started:
- Click the Xero app from the Revolut Business Marketplace and authorise access between Revolut and your Xero account
- Define how to map your Revolut pockets to your Xero account
To sync Expenses:
- Turn on in the Xero Marketplace app
- Then you'll see your categories and tax rates from Xero in the Expenses app
We’ll make sure the data between the Xero and Expenses apps matches up exactly. You or your employees can then use these when recording expenses. Once expenses are finalised, we’ll send the receipt, tax rate and category to Xero. Easy!
