Bookkeeping
Clients send Jack invoices by WhatsApp, Email Fetch, or Email Forwarding, then extracts 10 invoices every 3 minutes. Simply log in and validate Jack's work before publishing.
Compliance
Jack acts like an insurance policy, checking identity, authority, budget, policy, laws and regulations in real-time for every transaction. This includes VAT and GL code compliance.
Payments
From Q2 of 2025, send supply chain payments or reimbursements to Jack to be paid. Jack knows when a payment is intended to be paid on invoice arrival so is trained to detect and prevent financial fraud.

Once you are in Jack's App, you will be able to integrate with a number of systems. Please see below for the step-by-step process and there is always more additional information in our User Guides.
Xero Integration Setup:
- Open Jack's WebApp and go to 'Settings'
- Click 'Connections'
- Select 'Connect' in the Xero section
- Follow the prompted steps
Gmail Integration Setup:
- Open Jack's WebApp and go to 'Settings'
- Click 'Connections'
- Select 'Manage' under the Gmail section
- Follow the promoted steps
WhatsApp Integration Setup:
- Open Jack's WebApp and go to 'Settings'
- Click 'Connections'
- Select 'Manage' under the WhatsApp section

Get Started with Jack in 4 Simple Steps!

Have a demo with us to kick thing off. We require all new customers to first have demo with us so that we can address your specific needs and show you how Jack will meet them.

From our demo call, we will send you a registration email with a unique invite link.

You will click the invite and be prompted to follow the steps through Jack's WebApp to connect your Xero accounting platform, add additional helpful integrations (Slack, Gmail, WhatsApp) and add clients.

Now the app is ready to use by sending an invoice through your preferred communication channel to automate extraction, account code & tracking category auto-assignment with line item and tax rate automation. Once your are confident that Jack has extracted correctly or is you have made any corrections, you can save and then publish.
