Briefcase enhances every invoice and receipt uploaded into the platform with context from your Xero account. This enables Briefcase AI to accurately categorise, assign VAT and provide useful descriptions for every transaction, before posting them to Xero.
Briefcase's two-way integration with Xero ensures that the AI is always learning from accurate client data.
Getting started
1️⃣ Book a Demo – If you haven’t already, schedule a demo at www.briefcase.so. We provide dedicated customer support and recommend all customers start with a call to ensure the best experience.
2️⃣ Sign Up – During your demo, you’ll receive a Briefcase sign-up link. Use it to create your account.
3️⃣ Connect Xero – Add the Xero integration to link your accounts.
4️⃣ Upload Documents – Submit invoices and receipts for your connected accounts.
5️⃣ Let AI Do the Work – In 60–90 seconds, Briefcase will extract data, categorise transactions, and assign VAT.
6️⃣ Publish to Xero – Once everything is processed, seamlessly push transactions to Xero.
