Synergist is the all-in-one management system for agencies and project-based businesses of between 15 and 600 people. Synergist is renowned for its ability to deliver total project and financial visibility via live business dashboards. A comprehensive and flexible system that delivers on all the core needs of organisations running multiple projects simultaneously with scalability for growth.

Key strength is project and overall business financials, with a complete suite of reporting tools and visual dashboards. These give live visibility of all key areas of your business with automated alerts to ensure emerging issues including over-servicing are promptly addressed. Intelligent reporting tools cover both individual projects and the wider business including; new business pipeline, billing & capacity forecasts versus targets, profitability by client/ project type, WIP, revenue recognition, team utilization and invoicing. Reports can be customized and scheduled for automatic creation and delivery on a regular basis.

The ability to manage all project communications including the work requests that feed the drag and drop scheduling tool and Kanban boards ensures work flows smoothly through all departments. Project timelines can also be easily updated via a drag and drop Gantt interface that supports simple visual dependencies. This focus on putting all project information into one easy-to-use system enables your team to focus their time and skills into delivering chargeable work that delights your clients.

Synergist is a secure, high availability cloud service with an intuitive browser UI, native Android / iOS apps and an extensive API. It is supported by a UK-based, human operated helpdesk.

Synergist Partner + Xero

Synergist Xero Connector delivers close integration with Xero, ensuring a smooth workflow. Transferring batches of sales invoices from Synergist to Xero is achieved in just a couple of clicks. Approved purchase invoices are also transferred in the same manner. In addition Synergist monitors Xero for Invoice payment status and displays this within Synergist. This ensures client service staff can see the financial status of their accounts.

It also offers transaction-level support for nominal codes as well as two Xero tracking codes e.g. Team and Job Number.
