PaperDrop + Xero
When a user is onboarded, we retrieve Customer, Supplier, Tracking Categories (and associated options), Chart of accounts and Tax Codes. When a Customer or Supplier is created or updated in PaperDrop, the associated record is updated in Xero. A user can create a Purchase, Purchase Credit or Expense and it will add to Xero "Bills to Pay". A user can create an Invoice or Invoice Credit and it will be added to "Invoices". A service runs every 6 hours to retrieve any invoices or bills to pay that have been marked as paid within the last 6 hours and marks those transactions as paid in PaperDrop.
Getting started
When a customer is onboarded, the customer success team will walk the customer through Xero integration.
