Support Service that comes with a smile

We've been using ExpenseOnDemand for approximately six months, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. We are quite impressed with both the product itself and the exceptional team behind ExpenseOnDemand. Their customer support is not just responsive, but also proactive in addressing our inquiries and considering our suggestions for future enhancements. Our employees have effortlessly adapted to the ExpenseOnDemand app, effectively resolving the issue of missing receipts and simplifying the expense submission process. The integration with Xero and the instant posting of expenses directly into Xero has been instrumental in improving our expense tracking and receipt management. This integration is particularly beneficial for small to medium-sized businesses like ours. One feedback - it would be great if the app had the direct credit card integration for my corporate card transactions from Xero straight into ExpenseOnDemand.

A great expense app for managing multiple companies

We've been using ExpenseOnDemand and Xero across multiple entities, and it's been a game-changer for us. The streamlined process has made accounting for both our companies and our employees a great time saver. With ExpenseOnDemand, the time saved on data entry and reconciliation is impressive—around 4 hours per month for me alone. The simplicity of capturing receipts and adding descriptions in the notes field has made managing expenses incredibly straightforward. The integration with Xero takes it to the next level. Employees can easily scan or upload expenses via the web or their smartphones. With just one click, I can approve their submissions, and with another click, the expense is seamlessly created in Xero. This efficient workflow not only saves time but also ensures accuracy and compliance. We're committed to using ExpenseOnDemand and Xero together for the foreseeable future.

Great app for SMBs that really works well with Xero!

ExpenseOnDemand really saves my time and allows me to go through employee receipts fast. The multi-step approval is great, allowing my colleagues to review the expenses before my final finance approval. Exporting expenses from ExpenseOnDemand and importing into Xero is very easy and accurate. I now can review and process reimbursements for 1 week worth of receipts within 25 min. The onboarding team was fantastic and helped answer all questions and resolve queries promptly. The app is easy to use and the whole process of setting up the system was painless. Having a Chatbot with guided videos available to me any time really assisted in setting up the functions. It is very reasonably priced, and you can tailor build your own package based on your company needs, thus only paying for what you need and use - this is great for us as a smaller business.
