ExpenseOnDemand + Xero

Integration with XERO is literally, like everything in ExpenseOnDemand. Integration set-up takes around 5 minutes. Thereafter, transferring transactions from ExpenseOnDemand into Xero, less than 1 minute, which is simply a one click process.
You can split out for Entertainment, the amount spent on employees and guests for proper VAT/GST re-claim. In addition, you can also split out items in an invoice which have multiple VAT rates.

ExpenseOnDemand has flexibility to select the desired functions as and when required

Earlier we were paying a fixed cost for the whole application to our earlier expense automation vendor. By using ExpenseOnDemand, we have reduced this by 50%, and only pay for functions we use. Highly recommend to use the application.

By using ExpenseOnDemand, we have saved a lot of money as we only pay for functions that we use

During Covid we were lumbered with a hefty, fixed charge for our expense application. Since we have started using ExpenseOnDemand, we have had 2 lockdowns, and we have been able to reduce our costs dramatically, by moving people between Regular and Irregular users. As a 70 people business every penny saved is a bonus.

Setup is easy, quick and hassle free. Videos are a great help to setup functions.

Our initial on-boarding took under 10 minutes for 4 employees, to test the application. Thereafter, by watching the Setup videos, we imported 230 employees within seconds. Setup the basic settings, and got 50 people up and running after the trial on day 1. Thereafter, on day 7 everyone else started using the app. When we purchase a new function, setup takes between 15 and 60 minutes. It is simple and easy, and takes hours, not days.
