Your first two weeks are free and give you all 29 analytics, 19 of them not in Xero, including 11 health checks on every invoice, the dispute pipeline, statutory interest building on your overdue book, and a record of every action with its reason. From day 15, paid Visibility keeps all 29 analytics, including a cash forecast built from how each customer has paid you before. Nothing is sent to your customers. • Collect — one click up. The engine finds why each invoice is unpaid, resolves it and collects it. Emails go from your own mailbox and you see every conversation.

Collects.io + Xero
How collects.io works with Xero
• You connect with Xero's own sign-in and choose the organisation to connect. collects.io connects one Xero organisation per account; disconnect in Xero or in collects.io at any time. • Read-only. We read contacts, sales invoices, payments and credit notes, with 24 months of history. We cannot create, change or delete anything in your Xero. • Why we read it: to find why each invoice is unpaid, build your day-one starting point and cash forecast, and — on Collect — know what to send, when and to whom. • Where it runs: your ledger is stored and our AI runs in the UK (AWS London). A few supporting services process some data outside the UK under standard contractual safeguards; the full sub-processor list is published on the website • Your data is not used to train models. Our models are trained on synthetic invoices we generate ourselves. • Emails on Collect go from your own mailbox, not from Xero and not from us.

Getting started
Get started — set-up takes a few minutes, and you see your own numbers in about 2 minutes
- Click Get this app above and enter your work email.
- Open our invitation email (not in your inbox after a few minutes? check junk), set a password and accept the terms.
- Sign in with Xero (Xero's own screen) and choose the organisation to connect, read-only. collects.io connects one Xero organisation per account.
- When you connect Xero we check your card with a £1 charge, which we refund.
- Your dashboard opens on your live Xero ledger about 2 minutes after you connect. Two weeks of Visibility, free: all 29 analytics, 19 of them not in Xero. Nothing is sent to your customers.
- On day 14, with notice, you move to paid Visibility — all 29 analytics — at the platform fee for your annual invoice volume, charged to the card you gave at sign-up. Plans carry a 12-month commitment from day 15; you can switch off before then.
- Move to Collect with one click whenever you want us to resolve and collect. Moving to Collect starts a new 12 months.
