VersaFleet + Xero
When a driver completes a task on the VersaDrive mobile application, the Finance team will be able to select these completed tasks and push the information to Xero. Instead of inputting the information into Xero manually, a draft invoice will be automatically generated in Xero for the Finance team to check and send to their customers for billing. This shortens the billing cycle as the Finance team does not need to wait for the drivers to return the hardcopy Proof-of-Delivery.
Getting started
VersaFleet and Xero are pre-integrated, integration is already done on the back-end. Customers can easily connect VersaFleet to Xero with a few clicks.
