Swingvy + Xero
Streamline your payroll to accounting process with the Swingvy-Xero integration. With a single click, your payroll information in Swingvy will be pushed to Xero as a bill.
By mapping payroll items in Swingvy to 'Chart of Accounts' on your Xero account, payroll reports can be pushed directly into the accounting system from the Swingvy platform, ensuring accurate financial reporting. The cloud-based platform allows you to manage everything in one place, no matter where you are.
To sync your Swingvy account to Xero:
- In Swingvy locate your “Integrations” tab under HR Hub > Settings
- Click “Configure Integration” on the Xero tile then “Connect to Xero” in the top right corner.
- The Xero permission page will be prompted. Follow the instructions to login to Xero and grant permission to connect with Swingvy.
- You can now map payroll items to your Xero chart of accounts in Swingvy Integrations.
- Once you have completed your monthly payroll, you can send your payroll report to Xero under Payroll > Send to Xero.
