Workguru + Xero

WorkGuru integrates with Xero to send Invoices, Purchases, Cost of Goods, Timesheets and even payment details across to your Xero account. With a simple end of day procedure, you can sync all of your operational data to Xero, and never have to double enter anything again.

Getting started

If you're an existing WorkGuru customer, you can follow the instructions to link your Xero at https://support.workguru.io For new customers, setup a WorkGuru trial, and then connect to your Xero following the same instructions.

Excellent Customer Service

We have migrated over to workguru from WFM & have been pleasantly surprised with the process. The team at workguru have produced a great product, thats ready to use, and great support available. The drop in sessions have been fantastic & making the transition much more simple. Its been great talking to someone who knows the program in full & not just a salesman.

Excellent Migration Experience and Great Software

We were one of the many businesses that had to quickly find a replacement for WorkFlowMax at the 11th hour when it was clear that an alternative was needed. WorkGuru tech support were incredible at lending their time and skills to solving very complicated data export and import procedures. They responded to tickets swiftly and with expertise to solve issues immediately. I highly recommend WorkGuru to businesses looking at managing projects, timesheets, tasks, and invoicing. Very happy customer!

Great support from the team

We recently transferred to this WorkGuru from Workflow Max at short notice after another system proved unsuitable, and the transition went well, which was a huge relief. What stands out was the great support from Josh and the team. Whenever I had questions or ran into issues, they were quick to respond and provided solutions. I would recommend WorkGuru to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution, backed by a supportive and professional team. Great job, Josh and team, keep up the excellent work!
