Workbench Project Management + Xero
Workbench automatically syncs all master data from Xero: Suppliers, Clients, GL Accounts, Earning Rates, Payment calendars and so on. This will allow Workbench to create Job Sales invoices and export it to Xero. With Workbench you can fully automate your procurement and AP processes. All data will flow to Xero with one button click. In addition, we will take care of your payroll timesheet and convert all time spend to a timesheet in Xero.
Getting started
The Xero Integration screen is accessed from the main menu in Workbench under the Administration - Data Transfer folder, and gives you a visual overview of configuration for the selected Financial Company.
The configuration for the selected Financial Company is displayed and modified on Xero connection screen, and also to initiate the import sync process with Xero. Data export to Xero is initiated for the respective batch types from Batch Control.
